Coaching is not a substitute for professional advice.
Our Services are for informational and educational purposes and are not legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic services.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results vary depending on your effort, circumstances, and implementation

3. Booking & Access

Bookings

  • Sessions are booked via our scheduling system or via email confirmation.

  • Your booking is only confirmed once payment (or a deposit, if applicable) is received.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information at booking and ensuring you have access to the required tools (e.g., Zoom, email).

Group Programmes

  • Group call dates, access instructions, and any programme materials will be provided after purchase.

  • Some programmes may have limited spots and/or set start dates.

Client Responsibilities
To get the most from coaching, you agree to:

  • Show up on time, prepared, and ready to participate.

  • Communicate honestly and respectfully.

  • Take responsibility for your decisions and actions.

4. Payments, Plans & Pricing

Payments

  • Prices are listed on our website or provided in writing. All prices are subject to change.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan is agreed to in writing.

  • If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Late/Failed Payments

  • If a payment fails or is late, access to Services may be paused until payment is successfully processed.

  • Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of Services without refund.

Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees required by your location.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Late Arrivals

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for rescheduling (or refund only where legally required).

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, are generally non-refundable and may be forfeited.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other bookings.

  • No partial refunds are provided for shortened sessions.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching (time-based, customised support), all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law. If you have concerns, contact us as early as possible—we’ll aim to support a fair solution where we can.

Strategy Intensives / One-Time Sessions

  • Non-refundable once booked, except where legally required.

  • You may be allowed to reschedule once with 24 hours’ notice.

Group Programmes

  • Programme payments are non-refundable once the programme begins.

  • If you join late or miss sessions, you remain responsible for payment and will not receive a refund for missed access.

Payment Plans

  • Payment plans are a convenience, not a subscription. You are committing to the full programme/service cost.

7. Communication & Conduct

We’re committed to a respectful, supportive environment.

You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or intimidate us or other clients.

  • Disrupt group sessions or community spaces.

  • Share confidential information about other clients.

We reserve the right to refuse or end Services (without refund) if behaviour is harmful, unsafe, abusive, or repeatedly disruptive.

8. Confidentiality

We treat client information with care and discretion. However:

  • Coaching is not a legally privileged relationship (unlike therapy or legal counsel).

  • You are responsible for what you choose to share in group settings.

We may disclose information only if required by law or if we believe there is a serious risk of harm.

9. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All content on this website and within our Services—including text, frameworks, templates, downloads, videos, and resources—is owned by us (or licensed to us).

You may:

  • Use materials for your personal business use.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, sell, share, republish, or distribute our content.

  • Record coaching calls or programme content without written permission.

  • Share login access or programme materials with others.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
